I couldn't have asked for a better location with the hotel being ideally situated next to the Winter Palace and opposite the St Isaac's Cathedral. The rooms were surprisingly large for European standards, very comfortable, and offered an excellent view, although the small size of the toilets/bathrooms was noticeable. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally kind and helpful staff who made settling in and offering luggage assistance a breeze. The dining options, served in the neighboring restaurant, were satisfactory but could use more variety between successive days. The facilities met my expectations, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is incredible, with everything at my doorstep, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The service, especially from Alexei, the concierge, was very knowledgeable and friendly, offering great advice tailored to our interests. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions like the Hermitage Museum and St Isaac's Cathedral. The dining experience was great but slightly more expensive compared to other options in the area. Facilities seemed adequate but slightly small for the volume of guests.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, within walking distance to all attractions and managed by a wonderful staff. The rooms, while small and looked onto the back of surrounding buildings, were surprisingly quiet, bright, and very well appointed. The dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited fresh fruit and thin porridge, but the interior and big bathrooms were impressive. Overall, a great value for the money.
